She has developed a versatile skill set encompassing business strategy, operations, Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) integration, and comprehensive business cycle analysis, particularly within the startup ecosystem.

Parminder is passionate about incorporating ESG criteria into business models, believing that these principles enhance investor decision-making and promote sustainable, ethical governance. Her career highlights include a robust background in startup operations, a strategic mindset committed to ESG principles, and a proven track record in international business and trade.

Sanjay Sharma

Sanjay Sharma is a seasoned professional specializing in Corporate Financing, Investment Advisory, and Due Diligence, particularly in the Indian Renewable Energy and Climate Change sectors. He is a Lead Auditor certified by the Chartered Quality Institute and listed in the International Register of Certificated Auditors. With an M.Tech. in Energy Management and over 9 years of experience, Sanjay has significantly contributed to development finance and foreign policies. His expertise includes Infrastructure Project Financing, ESG Due Diligence, and managing system structuring and documentation, safeguarding both investor and developer interests. Sanjay has conducted due diligence for over 15 GW of Renewable Energy Projects across India and facilitated over 120 Stakeholder Consultation sessions. As a member of PHDCCI’s Environment Committee, he is actively involved in India’s emerging Green Hydrogen sector. His core values of creativity, commitment, courage, and compassion enable him to innovate, persist, take calculated risks, and connect meaningfully with stakeholders.
